At the National Prayer Breakfast BHO quoted Luke 12:48:
From everyone who has been given much, much will be required;
and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the
more.
Jesus meant for the person who had earned the resources to
give to first believers in need and then to others in need.
This is very different than sending excess to Washington, D.C.
and letting politicians and bureaucrats give away the
resources to their supporters.
Jesus also said "Render to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s,
and to God the things that are God’s." knowing that everything
belongs to God (Psalms 24:1 The Earth is the LORD’S, and all
it contains, the world, and those who dwell in it.)
Karl Marx said "From each according to his abilities, to each
according to his needs." This appears to be BHO's
interpretation.
The apostate preacher told the congregation to throw their
money and valuables into the air, and everything that stayed
up was God's and everything which came back down was his.
The POTUS shows little regard for the American people!
