God's Wonderful, Marvelous Creation

___About 6,000 years ago, the triune God created all things and called his creation good. In a wonderful symbiosis, plants were created to “breathe in” carbon dioxide and “breate out” oxygen; and animals were created to “breathe in” oxygen and “breate out” carbon dioxide.

___About 4,000 years ago, mankind had become increasingly sinful and God decided to purge the Earth of all but 8 humans using a world-wide flood. Many catastrophic events occurred during the flood and caused plants and animals to be buried under layers of sediment. Many plants became coal and diamond deposits; and many animals became petroleum deposits. Huge animals like dinosaurs either died in the flood or shortly afterward due to lack of available food. All of the animals alive today came from the two of each kind on the arc. All humans came from Noah and his family.

___Those who refuse to believe in God have imagined a creation out of nothing billions of years ago. There is of course evidence of a creation – just not the Big Bang idea! The millions of species of plants and animals in the universe “evolved” from their original kind on the arc, but one kind has never become a different kind (a cat becoming a dog, etc). By fraud scientists have “created” a Nebraska Man from a pig's tooth, but actual evidence of the evolution idea does not exist.

Worshipping at the Alter of Science

I love science. The University of Missouri declared me a Master of Science. I have a real problem with junk science. I understand the pressure to publish for academics and to pay bills for everyone.

The scientific method is 1) Experiment and gather data, 2) Form a hypothesis, 3) Test the hypothesis, 4) Peer test the hypothesis, 5) Theory, 6) Law.

The “Big Bang” idea and the “evolution” idea are outside of science. There were no observations; testing of a hypothesis is not possible; and calling these theories is a scam. Theory has a scientific ring to it, but imagination and faith are involved here – not science.

I worked as the DBA of the Weather Center in the now Savannah River National Lab at the Savannah River Site. Created to warn locals of how radioactive releases would spread, the Weather Center has collected about 60 years of quality, calibrated climate data. Two certified technicians calibrate the equipment twice yearly in rotation to ensure accuracy. The data comes from instruments on a dozen towers located throughout the 310 square mile Site and the 1000-ft TV tower in Beech Island.

Junk science differs because data is never questioned for validity, or it is specifically selected to prove an hypothesis. Both practices degrade the integrity of true science. Consider a instrument measuring temperature which was once isolated in a field. The field is now asphalt and concrete and stores. The quality of the data has changed because the environment in which the data is taken has changed.

Scientists so-called also make assumptions which make their task easier but may lead to false conclusions. In carbon dating, the ratio of C14 to C12 is carefully measured in the lab. The scientist does not know the ratio in the atmosphere or the decay rate 50,000 years ago, but it is convenient to assume that it was the same as in the air in the lab. This is the uniformitarian “theory.” It has been largely rejected, but it is used when convenient by junk scientists. How much C14 was originally present? Junk scientists assume that all carbon was originally C14 and that all C12 currently present is the result of radioactive decay of the original C14 according to the current decay rate.

To those who revere science in the extreme, remember the Flat Earth Theory, the Geocentric Solar System Theory, medical science removing “bad blood” with leaches, “The Coming Ice Age” cover of Newsweek 1975, global warming causing 2005 hurricanes like Katrina and Rita and then causing few storms for the next years and then causing Sandy, etc. Some “scientists” have become modern day snake oil salesmen and confidence men!

If you read this blog, then you know that I believe that the universe was created less than 6,000 years ago instead of 6 billion. Six days of creation and a day of rest; a day is as 1,000 years; Jesus geneology back to Adam, about 6,000 years.

What Exactly was the Rock?

Peter:(Matthew 16:16)“You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.” Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in Heaven. And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church,..."

Mary:(John 11:27)“Yes, Lord,” she replied, “I believe that you are the Messiah, the Son of God, who is to come into the world.”

The rock is the confession, not Peter!

The "Two" Messiahs of the Old Testament

Two descriptions of the Messiah are given in the Old Testament of the Holy Bible. One is a conquering king; one is a suffering Savior. Israel rejected the suffering Savior in favor of the conquering king. We can understand that since the Roman yoke was heavy as was the burden of everyday life under Roman rule. God, a spirit, became flesh as Jesus of Nazareth, lived a normal life until age 30, had a 3 year ministry in Israel, was crucified and died and arose on the third day. He lived a sinless life, and, by taking the sins of the entire world on his account, made it possible for sinful men and women to spend eternity with the Holy God. This is a free gift which cannot be earned. It must be accepted by faith.

Jesus will return as the conquering king, but he will “rapture” his own to Heaven first. Israel will remain to undergo incredible tribulation at the hands of the antiChrist. I believe that the rapture and the tribulation which follows are imminent. That means that the antiChrist has been born and is ready to assume his role in prophecy and in God's plan. Jesus will return with the Church and will conquer all foes and establish his kingdom on Earth for a thousand years. Then Satan, the antiChrist and the false prophet will be thrown into the lake of fire.

Most people on the Earth do not believe and have not placed their trust in Jesus as Savior. They will face the great white throne judgement and will spend eternity in the lake of fire for rejecting Jesus. The “bride of Christ”, believers in Jesus, and those who accept Jesus as Savior during the tribulation will spend eternity with God cloaked in the righteousness of Jesus.

Federal Hate Crime to Condemn Sin

Galatians 5:19-21 The acts of the flesh are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and witchcraft; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God.

When the Civil Rights Act was passed in the 1960s, few had an idea that it would make condemning sin a Federal hate crime.

This puts Christians at high risk considering the President and his Attorney General.

Note always that God hates SIN - not the SINNER!
